These days that you don’t ride too much look like you haven’t ride well, but skills are as important as cardio, and is good to have some days only to train skills.
In & Out Burguer slabs are perfect to learn.
Most of the rocks here are granite and the grip is very good.
But Squamish trailbuilders know how to find the limit of the grip. These Slabs are really impressive although in the pictures don’t look very difficult..
With a little practice what seems impossible at first can be ride with confidence and enjoying.
We had a great afternoon. It is always gratifying to leave the “comfort zone” and realize that you can do much more. Improving self-esteem, not just on the bike. Everything you learn in mtb can be apply to any aspect of your life. Faster and better each day.
